Why Did I Start Caboose?
Caboose Cycle Coaching is the culmination of 10+ years of my road racing experience including national-level and international races and my passion for cycling coaching.
During that time I gained my 1st Category licence, raced in National Championships, multiple National Series rounds, The Rás Tailteann, and the Island Games for the Isle of Man. Throughout this time, I have always studied or worked full-time and for the majority, also set up my own training programs.
What does this mean? I’m a cyclist who understands how to maximize training when other things in life take priority or training time is limited.
I have previously provided 1-to-1 personalized coaching to several riders I’ve known personally or through acquaintances, but Caboose Cycle Coaching is me finally committing to actively offering training support.
